Save the Date: North Texas Day of Giving is almost here!
The Colleyville Public Library Foundation is asking for some help.
Each year, generous donors like you join us for the North Texas Giving Day to help support the Library Foundation's mission of promoting the interest and welfare of the library as a cultural, educational, and community asset. This year's event will be held on Thursday, September 20, from 6 a.m. to midnight.
The Colleyville Public Library Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization that formed specifically to raise funds for the Library. Many of the Library's events, programs, and operations are funded through charitable donations made possible from our residents and through efforts of the Colleyville Public Library Foundation.
The foundation has donated over $600,000 to the Colleyville Library to date. It was instrumental in fundraising when the Library first opened in 2003 and provided much-needed funding for the library's current reconfiguration and remodel project. These donations have helped the Library expand access to popular children’s programs, engage the aging population, increase public access to technology, improve patron access to popular materials, and increase the number of reader seats in the building.
Please save the date and support the Colleyville Public Library Foundation on September 20. Donations can be scheduled online starting September 10. The more funds raised through North Texas Giving Day, the more bonus funds The Colleyville Public Library Foundation is eligible to receive. Gifts made through the Communities Foundation of Texas on North Texas Giving Day are fully tax deductible.
