North Pole Tech Support - Now Open at the Library

Post Date:12/31/2019 9:51 AM

Find yourself with a new e-reader or phone this holiday season?  Maybe you're wondering how to get the most out of that new iPad?  Or more importantly, what will you read now?

Let the Reference Librarians at the Colleyville Public Library help!  No question is too silly or frivolous – trust us, we’ve heard them all. We are ready to assist and answer any of our patron’s questions including:

“I’ve turned it on, now what?’

“How do I get my favorite book?”

“What’s my pin number?”

“Is there an app?”

“Can I send an email on this?”

“Do you have magazines?”

“Can I access any book?”

Available all year long, our Reference Librarians are here for any and all of our patron’s questions. We can help you set up your device and show you how to find your favorite authors or books to listen to or read.

Have a hobby or special interest? No need to buy books from any of the popular online retailers. There is sure to be a book, magazine, or comic available to borrow through the Colleyville Library’s online resources for free.

Don’t have a library card? We can help with that too - just bring in your driver’s license and proof of residency (i.e. a water bill) and our librarians will do the rest.

We can show you how to peruse all the Library has to offer – at any time. A Reference Librarian is always available during Library hours. If you wish, you can book a specific time with a Librarian at the Reference Desk by calling 817.503.1155.  Bring your device and questions and we will be happy to help.
